Residents can choose from two options:
a) Prepaid Meter: Residents can use the system to make online payments and check their balances that are updated in the central system database.
b) Postpaid Meter: Residents can make online payments based on their monthly invoice generated by the facilities office.
Payments can be done using payment gateways like digital wallets, NEFT, or cards.
Facilities admin can view the payments and can also add credits/debits and make necessary changes to the specific dwellings.
Only the residents' utilities payments are provided on the web / mobile app, while all other transactions need to be done via the web.
